Meet Your Chief
Sales Energizer

A contagious energy for developing leaders

A Jersey girl at heart, Alice Heiman now lives in the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountains. Her career has traversed the country from Chicago to San Francisco. Finally she settled in Reno to work for her parents at the legendary sales training company Miller Heiman.

Starting her own company in 1997, Alice is now nationally known for working with B2B companies that have exceptional growth potential to elevate their sales and increase their valuation. Spending her time strategizing with CEOs, sales, marketing and customer success leadership to build the strategies that find new business and grow existing accounts is her passion. Her clients love her spirit and the way she energizes their sales organization.

When she is not guiding CEOs to elevate their sales, she can be found enjoying her family, exploring the mountains, snow skiing, sailing in Lake Tahoe, volunteering in the community or reading a book in her backyard. Alice has also been teaching at the University of Nevada for over 20 years, most recently in the entrepreneurship minor which she helped inspire.

The CEO will always have a role in sales. That role will change as the organization matures.

Alice’s three core beliefs...

Sales doesn’t have to be so hard.

It’s time to stop doing more and start doing better. Redefine what customer engagement looks like and work across all departments to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Strategy always comes first.

When the CEO shares the vision and a clear strategy is built, the entire company can improve the customer experience while increasing sales. And isn’t that the point?

CEOs must lead the way.

The future of sales requires all departments to work together. Because this will be a shift for the entire organization the CEO must lead sales. We can no longer be in charge of sellers, we must be in charge of sales. It’s a different perspective.

What challenges are you having with sales?

CEOs need someone they can trust to challenge their thinking, poke holes in their strategy and share an outside view of their sales organization and direction. Alice provides that safe place to get an unbiased opinion and some great advice.
