Revenue + Real Life

For female founder CEOs

Revenue doesn’t happen separately from the rest of your life.

A small, vetted room for women who founded innovative, AI and tech companies, are growing from founder into CEO, lead revenue, and carry a whole lot more than anyone sees.

Founding rate $997 a year, locked in for as long as you’re a member. Open through December 31, 2026.

Revenue
  • Q4 forecast due Monday
  • Big deal stuck at procurement
  • Interviewing a sales leader
  • Board update
  • Still closing deals yourself
Real life
  • Dad’s appointment Thursday
  • School pickup at [3:15]
  • Five hours of sleep. Again.
  • Hormones have opinions
  • When did you last take a walk?

One week. One founder. Both lists, carried at the same time.

Who’s here

Every woman here founded what she runs.

Membership is by invitation, and every member is intentionally considered before she joins. When you walk into a conversation, you already know who you’re talking to.

  • You founded or co-founded the company, and you’re the CEO.
  • You’re past the earliest startup stage, often five or even ten-plus years in.
  • You carry meaningful revenue and real revenue responsibility.
  • You’re still selling, and building a sales organization or leading the one you have.
  • You’re making the shift from founder who does it all to CEO who leads, starting with moving from “I sell” to “I lead revenue.”
  • You’re doing all of it while living a full human life.

Innovative, AI and technology-driven companies

Venture-backed or bootstrapped, usually with a complex sale. What matters is that you’re leading revenue and serious about growth.

What we talk about

Revenue and real life, in the same conversation.

Pipeline, deal control, hiring, money, hormones, parents, marriage, children, sleep and sanity. Without anyone acting surprised that they coexist.

From founder to CEO

You have the title. Now you’re growing into the role: letting go of doing everything, building a leadership team, and leading the company instead of carrying it. It can take a decade to learn on your own. It doesn’t have to.

Leading revenue as the founder

Until your company is truly ready for a CRO, the revenue engine runs through you. Let’s make it repeatable.

From “I sell” to “I lead revenue”

You’re no longer just the founder who sells. You’re becoming the revenue leader your company needs.

Go-to-market without losing control

Hire the right leaders and build the team while keeping visibility into your deals and your forecast.

Your life is a revenue asset

Health, energy, relationships, caregiving, sleep, hormones and time all shape your confidence in the room and your ability to make a clear call.

Growth that doesn’t treat you as expendable

The goal isn’t to lower the bar. It’s to build companies, revenue organizations and lives that can sustain the climb.

How we show up for each other

A room built on trust.

Before we built this, we asked founders what would make them leave a community. We built the opposite.

This is not a marketplace.

One rule about selling, for members and mentors alike: we don’t. Talk about what you do, and people will ask. But no pitching, in the spaces or in the messages afterward.

What’s said here stays here.

Revenue figures, deals, your team, your life outside the business. Be the true version of yourself.

No AI note-takers in the room.

No Otter, Fathom or Fireflies in group sessions. No screenshots or forwarding without permission.

Useful, not impressive.

Assume everyone is competent. Share what you’ve lived. If you can back her, back her: make the introduction, say her name.

Founding mentors

Women who have actually built and led.

Our mentors bring years of expertise across go-to-market, sales, marketing, customer success, strategy and revenue operations.

A note from Alice

I’m building the room I wish more women had.

Most of the CEOs I’ve advised over the years have been men. The women stood out. Not because they were less capable. Quite the opposite. But so many of them were carrying something extra.

I’ve lived it. Aging parents. Kids and grandkids. A company to run and revenue to drive. I’ve been in Vistage, EO, Strategic Coach and more than one peer group. Mostly men, and little of the support I needed.

So I’m building what female founders need, based on building my own company and helping other female founders build theirs.

You can do it all. Just not all at the same time. And you shouldn’t have to do it alone.

Please join me. Alice

Questions

Good to know.

Who is Revenue + Real Life for?

Female founder CEOs of innovative, AI and technology-driven companies who founded or co-founded what they run, carry meaningful revenue and are past the earliest startup stage. It isn’t designed for solopreneurs or early-stage startups.

I have the CEO title. Isn’t that enough?

The title comes on day one. Becoming the CEO your company needs takes longer: learning the operations, the metrics that matter, how to build and lead a team, and how to run the business instead of doing everything in it. Most founders figure it out alone, over years. This room is here so you don’t have to.

What’s the difference between roundtables and office hours?

Roundtables are guided discussions on a theme, where members share what’s working, swap ideas and connect. Office hours are structured, live problem-solving: bring a specific challenge and leave with practical help.

Where does the community live?

In Circle, a private community platform. Conversations, the Q&A space, resources and every event (roundtables, office hours and sprints) are all there.

How much time does it take?

As much as you want to give. Office hours are weekly and roundtables at least monthly, and you choose what to attend. We suggest meeting at least two founders a month. The members who get the most out of it are the ones who ask for what they need.

What’s a training sprint?

A focused, hands-on four-week program on one topic, such as hiring a sales leader, better forecasting, building a referral culture, building a channel sales program or time management. One is included every membership year; additional sprints are $497 each.

Will people try to sell me things?

No. This is not a marketplace, and that applies to mentors and members equally. If anyone pitches you, tell us.

How does billing work?

Membership is annual and renews on the date you joined, with a reminder email 30 days before. You can turn off renewal anytime before your renewal date. Memberships are paid for the full year and aren’t prorated.

What happens to the founding rate after December 31, 2026?

Founding members keep $997 a year for as long as they stay members. After December 31, 2026, new members join at $2,497 a year.

A room for reality
