Selling is Leading

One of the most overlooked aspects of being a sales professional is developing our leadership skills. Leaders cast a vision and motivate groups of people to change and in that way, selling is leading. Today more than ever, salespeople need to lead. They need to be viewed as leaders in order to guide their customers to make the best decision.  

The best salespeople are great leaders. Great leaders lead from the heart and that will be what gets us through these turbulent times and into a brighter future.
