Integrating sales and marketing is a key strategy to boost customer satisfaction in any business or industry. Do your departments still work in silos? Are they doing different things, being measured in different ways, and have visibility to only their own piece of the overall operations? If you said yes, then it’s time to reorganize your structure and unify your team. You’ll get plenty of ideas on how to do just that in my latest podcast.
In this episode of Sales Talk for CEOs, I speak with Bronwyn Allen, President and CEO of High Profile, a staffing agency in Dallas, TX that specializes in recruiting for accounting and finance, administrative assistants, and human resources. As Bronwyn explains, there have been a lot of changes to the staffing industry since the pandemic first started in 2020…and these changes have helped her integrate her team to better serve her customers.
In this interview, we discuss the importance of having your full team working together, since each person has an important role in the customer journey and the customer’s experience should be seamless. You’ll learn key strategies for integrating sales and marketing (and other departments within your business), plus get tips regarding the CEO’s unique role in sales (and how it can foster better customer relations and even referrals).
Listen in to learn how to blend the different roles in your business into one cohesive customer-focused team.
