The key to making sales easier is alignment. As CEO, you are the only one who can make the changes needed to align your teams to make sales easier. It starts with aligning your sales process with your buyer’s journey. That’s hard to do if you don’t have alignment between your sales and marketing teams (and the rest of your organization) to take a customer-focused approach.
